This section is mostly about animals you’ll find away from the beaches. We have a separate section for Beaches because it’s a somewhat specialized area.
As you may see, there will be a common theme throughout. Don’t feed the animals. You are asking for trouble, either for you right away or for whoever follows you. And ultimately, for the very animal you tried to help.
Don’t try to pet or pick them up either. Wild animals don’t understand that or, more likely, see it as predatory behavior on your part. Especially when you smile at them, showing all those teeth….
